How is usage measured?
Browser time is billed per second from connect to close. Idle sessions close after 5 minutes by default, so a forgotten browser never runs up a bill.
What happens when I hit my plan limit?
On Hobby, new sessions pause until the next cycle. On paid plans you move to overage at your plan's hourly rate, up to the spend cap you choose in settings.
Do unused hours roll over?
Included hours reset monthly. Extraction packs and yearly plans' pooled hours roll over for 90 days.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes. Scale and Enterprise customers can pay by invoice with net-30 terms, in USD or EUR.
Do you offer discounts for startups or research?
Startups under $5M raised get 50% off Pro for a year, and academic research projects get Scale for free. Apply through the contact page.
