Privacy policy
Tessera Labs, Inc. ("Tessera", "we") provides cloud browser infrastructure to businesses. This policy explains what personal data we collect about our customers and website visitors, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, work email, company and billing details.
- Usage data: API calls, session metadata and console activity, used to operate and bill the service.
- Website data: basic, privacy-friendly analytics without third-party advertising cookies.
Customer content
Pages your sessions load, extracted data and replays are customer content. We process it only to provide the service, keep it for your plan's retention window, and never use it to train models without your written consent.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time from the console or by emailing privacy@tessera.dev. We respond within 30 days.
Terms of service
By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
Acceptable use
You may not use Tessera to access systems without authorization, collect sensitive personal data unlawfully, overload third-party sites, or violate any applicable law. We may suspend workloads that put the network or other customers at risk.
Fees and billing
Paid plans renew automatically. Usage beyond your plan is billed in arrears at the published rates, subject to the spend cap you configure.
Availability
We commit to the uptime SLA for your plan. If we miss it, you're eligible for service credits described in the SLA addendum.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, each party's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Data processing addendum
This DPA applies when Tessera processes personal data on your behalf as a processor under GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA.
- We process customer personal data only on your documented instructions.
- Our staff are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- We maintain the technical and organizational measures described on our security page.
- We notify you of a personal data breach without undue delay, and within 48 hours.
- EU transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses.
Enterprise customers can request a countersigned copy through sales.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences, plus anonymous analytics. We don't use advertising cookies or sell personal data.
